 QS120 Range General Purpose 

A range of general-purpose electrodes - from low cost fabrication electrodes to our QS120

designed for maintenance applications. Easy to use on all rusty, dirty and damp applications

as well as galvanized iron.

 QS130 Low Hydrogen 

Double coated low hydrogen electrode designed specifically for ease of use. Produces high

quality weldments in all positions. Range of low hydrogen electrodes available.

 QS100 High Tensille- dissimilar 

Quantec 100 MAXI is a particularly versatile electrode to weld ‘all steels’ or ‘dissimilar steels’.

This low amp, low splatter electrode is ideal for use in all maintenance workshops.

 QS140 Stainless Steel 

The front runner in our stainless range is the smooth running QS140. The QS140 is a stabilised

grade of 316L, offering exceptional corrosion resistance in sizes from 1.6mm to 4.0mm.

(The 1.6mm electrode is very popular for welding thin stainless).

 QS400 Range Cast Iron 

A range of graphite-coated and copper-flashed core wire electrodes for cast iron repairs. This

enables cast electrodes to operate at lower amperage and lower heat input values which minimizes

cracking. Please contact your local area rep for a conclusive demonstration to suit your applications.

 QS214 Electric Brazing 

With electric bronze you can arc weld brass, copper, cast and dissimilar non-ferrous metals.

Extremely versatile for any workshop.

 QS500 Range Hard Facing 

The very best hard-facing alloys available from Europe offer amazing results to extend the life of

product to suit your applications.

 QS850 Re-Galanising Bar 

When welding galvanized iron or pipe, you can re-galvanize the weld and welded area with ease.

 QS700 Gouging Electrodes 

For fast effective removal of welds, weld preparation and cast iron repairs. The QS700 is effective on
